Hello!
My account number is 14077663. I hope you could help me to solve my issues. There are two withdraws and both of them are pending more than 2 days. I asked their online support lots of times,and they always told me it is the payment provider problem but actually no one really helped,it is still pending. And if it really is the payment provider problem,no customers can withdraw in these 3 days? I don’t actually believe it. I think they just do not want to pay me as I am winning.

I sent the e-mail but there has been no reply for 2 days. I also heard a lot of the same complaints (no reply about KYC) as well. So I hope you could solve the KYC issue directly, and let others see you do pay for winning.
