Hi,
I am not sure whether you support English complaints, but I really need your support.
When I tried with a small amount with 1Win, the deposit via Mastercard and withdrawal by USDT went through all well, so I believed 1Win is a legit casino. So I just deposited more and kept playing. However, on 27th Aug, I tried to withdraw and all of them got rejected. I asked online support, and 4 of them all said there is no limitation on my account, it is the payment systems issue and ask me to keep trying until success. So from my uploaded evidence, you could see that I tried a lot of times with BTC, USDT, Perfect Money and Much better, but all of them got rejected. (I withdrew successfully from 1Win with a small amount via perfect money and USDT before, so I believe there is no problem on my side). So I started to worry about 1WIN, and I just checked a lot of complaints on Google about 1Win, a lot of customers met the exact same problems and excuses (payment system issue). So I believe they just do not want to pay for my winning. As I already tried from 27th to 28th with different methods, all of them still got rejected. Please help me to solve this. I really appreciate it.
