first i requested a withdrawel denied kept saying in support to wait 48 hrs again and i did and all of a sudden technical problem that they dont know when it will be solved nd this being going on for 2 weeks already the total amount i usd 125 $ . if i can please receive because support is just saying that its reported to the relavant dept and dont know when the problem will be solved here is some prove of their messeges . also they only have two wthdrawel methods trc20 and erc20 and they come up with an excuse that i have to withdraw with the currency i use when they only have those two withdrawel options
