I won 4500 euros in dlx casino on December 30th, uploaded documents, put on withdrawal. After some time I was blocked access to the account, and the winnings were confiscated reasons I was not explained, just said that my winnings I will never get. I did not violate any rules, provided all documents. I attach correspondence with the support service of the casino.
