Здравствуйте! Получила бездепозитный бонус 10 долларов в данном казино, причем перед тем, как получить его, меня попросили отправить паспорт. Отбила, сделала депозит с виртуальной карты виза, поставила на вывод 5435 рублей , после это началось самое интересное — у меня запрашивают фото моей карты. Я отвечаю, что карта виртуальная, еле обьясняю очень недоходчивому оператору поддержки что такое виртуальная карта, со мной соглашаются и просят выслать скриншот с транзакцией. Все. Жду еще день, деньги так и не платят, захожу, спрашиваю и теперь у меня просят зграничный паспорт, которого у меня сроду не было. Я полагаю, что данное казино просто не желает выплачивать выигрыш. Другого объяснения такому неадекватному поведению не нахожу. Вообщем надеюсь на вашу помощь. Аккаунт единственный, правил не нарушала, все требуемые документы отослала.

На данный момент отослано — скриншот киви, скриншот виртульной карты, счет за коммунальные услуги, паспорт, фото паспорта с пропиской, селфи с паспортом. ВЫплачивать отказываются.
Теперь просят бумажный (!!!!!) счет. Не понимаю, что они хотят.
