I’ve been playing at this casino for quite a few years. More than a month for sure. Previously, there were no problems with deposits and withdrawals, everything was withdrawn instantly. The problem started a week ago. I wanted to withdraw some money and an error occurred. The withdrawal was canceled. In an online chat, they said there was a suspicion of a multi-account (although this cannot be) and you need to pass verification. I passed an identity check in my personal account, sent a photo of my driver’s license, then a face check online, and sent a bank statement from my card for the 2nd check. The verification was completed. But payments are also limited as they were, and payments to foreign currency have been turned off altogether. although fiat payments are also not possible.
