Earlier we provided the site administration with three screenshots, one that you sent in the complaint and two other screenshots with details of two letters, on them you can see that the recipient is indicated with dots. The recipient is specified correctly and the letters were sent exactly to your mail, which is specified in your account, as well as the mail you specified in the complaint.
In the first screenshot, there are no dots in the mail, as it is just a search query that we used to look for the emails.
