Было зафиксировано, что данный игрок создавая множество аккаунтов, осуществлял депозит с активным бонусом, и, использовав бонусные средства, достигал определенного прогресса в играх с Progression Feature, после этого, отписывался от активного бонуса и осуществлял повторный депозит, так как в играх уже был достигнут определенный прогресс, совершал ставку и выигрывал, получая реальный баланс.

Тем самым игрок нарушил в совокупности следующие пункты:
Multiple Accounts

4.9 Each Player is limited to one Rarebet Account. If you attempt or succeed in opening more than one Rarebet Account, whether in your own name or another name, or if you try to use the Website through someone else’s Rarebet Account, Rarebet has the right to promptly close all your Rarebet Account(s), retain all funds in those accounts, and prohibit you from future use of the Website.

4.10 If Rarebet has reason to believe you’ve registered and/or used multiple Rarebet Accounts or collaborated with others using different Rarebet Accounts, Rarebet may consider these accounts as multiple Rarebet Accounts and suspend or close them. Rarebet may also retain the funds until Rarebet can confirm that you didn’t attempt to create multiple accounts.

4.11 If you discover that you have more than one registered Rarebet Account, you must notify Rarebet immediately. Failure to do so may result in the blocking of your Rarebet Account, with the funds held.

Suspension and Closure by Rarebet

4.19 Rarebet may close or suspend Your Rarebet Account if:

a) Rarebet suspects you are using or have used the Website fraudulently, collusively, or for illegal, unlawful, or improper purposes;

b) Rarebet believes you are using or have used the Website unfairly, have cheated or taken unfair advantage of Rarebet or its customers, or if your Rarebet Account benefits a third party;

c) Requested by the police, regulatory authority, court, or if Rarebet cannot verify your identity, profession, or source of funds as required by applicable regulations;

d) You are in breach of these Terms and Conditions, applicable regulations, or the fair use of our services, or Rarebet has concerns about your compulsive problem gambling without self-exclusion;

e) Rarebet believes any of the events in (a) to (e) above have occurred or are likely to occur.

4.20 If Rarebet closes or suspends your Rarebet Account for any reasons mentioned in 4.19, you may be liable for any and all claims, direct losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses incurred by Rarebet, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. You must also indemnify and hold Rarebet harmless upon request for such claims.

4.21 In the situations outlined in 4.19, Rarebet may void any bets placed by you following these actions or withhold and/or retain any amounts that would have been paid to you (including winnings), to the extent permitted by law.

4.22 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect your account is compromised or being used in violation of our Terms of Service.

4.23 If Rarebet closes your Rarebet Account, you will be informed of the available methods to withdraw any remaining balance.
